Als Produktmanager verantwortest du die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung von EXAM. Dabei entwickelst du die Produktvision und Roadmap weiter, priorisierst Features und Releases und bringst Kundenanforderungen, Business Value und technische Machbarkeit in Einklang.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision sowie der Roadmap für EXAM
  • Priorisierung von Features nach Business Value und Kundennutzen
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Ableitung neuer Features und Release-Inhalte
  • Analyse von Markt, Wettbewerb und Kundenfeedback zur Identifikation neuer Produktpotenziale und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Präsentation von Produktvision, Roadmap und Produktstatus sowie Moderation von Workshops und Stakeholder-Abstimmungen
  • Unterstützung der Teams bei Priorisierung, Scope Management, Releaseplanung und Produkt-Rollouts sowie Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Produktstrategie
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwicklung, Consulting, Vertrieb, Support, Management und Kunden

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Test- und Validierungsprozessen im Steuergeräteumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produktstrategien und Roadmaps
  • Verständnis moderner Software-, SaaS- und Plattformarchitekturen sowie technischer Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence
  • Verständnis technischer Konzepte, insbesondere von APIs, Integrationen und den Grundlagen von CI/CD
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
