Dann werde Teil unseres Finance Teams und unterstütze die finanzielle Steuerung unserer Gesellschaften in Deutschland und Tschechien. In dieser Schlüsselrolle arbeitest Du eng mit Management, Accounting und Group Finance zusammen und sorgst mit aussagekräftigen Analysen, fundierten Forecasts und einer professionellen Finanzplanung für nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erstellst und analysierst das monatliche Management Reporting inklusive Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz, Cashflow, KPI-Auswertungen sowie Abweichungsanalysen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab
  • Du unterstützt und koordinierst Budget-, Forecast- und Mittelfristplanungsprozesse und sorgst für eine belastbare finanzielle Steuerung des Unternehmens
  • Du überwachst die Geschäftsentwicklung, analysierst Performance-Treiber, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und lieferst entscheidungsrelevante Finanzanalysen für Management und Unternehmensgruppe
  • Du verantwortest Themen rund um Liquiditätsplanung, Cashflow Forecasting, Working Capital Management sowie Projekt- und Investitionscontrolling und überprüfst die Zielerreichung definierter Business Cases
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Accounting-Team, der deutschen Holding und Group Finance zusammen, entwickelst Reporting- und Controlling-Tools kontinuierlich weiter und optimierst Prozesse, Systeme sowie die Qualität des Finanzreportings

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft, Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance oder einem vergleichbaren Finanzumfeld
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Budgetierung, Forecasting, Finanzanalyse, Management Reporting sowie Unternehmenssteuerung mit und verstehst die Zusammenhänge zwischen GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Konzernreporting und idealerweise in Konsolidierungsprozessen sowie im internationalen Umfeld mit mehreren Gesellschaften gesammelt und arbeitest sicher mit ERP-Systemen wie DATEV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Du überzeugst durch sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch und verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke sowie professionelles Stakeholder-Management
