The posting

Highly skilled with excel functions and do the bookkeeping

things. It's a bit of mix role so someone is keen to looking for a

role that where she can explore her multi versatile skill

Key responsibilities but not limited to -

• Response all finance calls in professional manner and

guide them accordingly.

• Prepare and process of daily Customers Transactions

Refund Requests in Company Data Portal and Acquirers

Portal.

• Work with various data file, sort out with intermediate

level excel skills

• Update Clients data base. i.e. - Bank account change,

contact details update.

• Assisting AP & AR with day to day data entry support.

• Response Clients query over the phone and pass to

relevant department.

• Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying,

calculating and posting related journals in finance

system.

• Respond in an efficient and courteous manner to all

queries from both internal and external customers
