Als HR Administratief Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat onze HR-processen soepel verlopen. Van personeelsmutaties en dossierbeheer tot salarisvoorbereiding en AFAS-beheer: jij houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt dat alles administratief klopt.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. De ene keer schakel je met een manager over een complexe personeelsmutatie, de andere keer help je een operator of logistiek medewerker met een vraag over verlof, urenregistratie of arbeidsvoorwaarden. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo veelzijdig.

Daarom zoeken we een ervaren HR-professional die energie krijgt van structuur, kwaliteit en het optimaliseren van processen.

Doen

Als HR Administratief Medewerker ben je een belangrijke spil binnen het HR-team. Je zorgt ervoor dat personeels- en salarisadministratie correct, volledig en actueel zijn.

  • Verwerken en beheren van personeelsmutaties rondom in-, door- en uitstroom
  • Voorbereiden, verwerken en controleren van salarisgerelateerde mutaties
  • Ondersteunen bij een tijdige en correcte salarisverwerking
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van AFAS HRM & Payroll
  • Inrichten en verbeteren van workflows en administratieve processen
  • Bewaken van de juiste toepassing van arbeidsvoorwaarden, cao-afspraken en wet- en regelgeving
  • Signaleren en oplossen van administratieve afwijkingen
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers over HR- en salarisadministratie
  • Ondersteunen bij rapportages, controles en overige HR-administratieve werkzaamheden
  • Bijdragen aan verdere professionalisering van onze HR-processen

Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en krijgt energie van een goed georganiseerde administratie. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om processen te verbeteren en actief mee te denken over hoe zaken slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring binnen HR- en/of salarisadministratie
  • Ervaring met AFAS HRM & Payroll
  • Kennis van salarisadministratieve processen
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving
  • Ervaring met het beheren en optimaliseren van administratieve processen
  • Een zelfstandige en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een scherp oog voor detail en kwaliteit
  • Ervaring met tijdregistratie, verlofadministratie en systemen zoals Quinyx is een pré

Krijgen

  • Een salaris vanaf €3157,- bruto per maand, gebaseerd op een 40-urige werkweek
  • Een parttime dienstverband tussen de 24 en 32 uur per week
  • 28 vakantiedagen op basis van 40 uur
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0.28 per kilometer
  • Overige secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Grafimedia
  • Werken in een moderne omgeving met de nieuwste technologieën
