Als Drukker werk je dagelijks met het allerbeste drukapparatuur ter wereld. Je stelt de pers zelfstandig in, bewaakt het proces en zorgt dat elke order volgens planning én kwaliteitsnormen wordt geproduceerd. Een rol voor iemand die technisch sterk is, vooruitdenkt en houdt van een strak, stabiel drukproces.

Onze drukkerij groeit hard; nieuwe lijnen, nieuwe technologie en steeds hogere kwaliteitseisen. Daarom zoeken we een zelfstandige Offset Drukker die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, kwaliteit levert en graag meebouwt aan een professionele en efficiënte Press Room.

Na een inwerkperiode word je volledig klaargestoomd om onze machines zelfstandig te bedienen en het drukwerk volgens onze hoge standaarden te produceren. We werken met een modern machinepark bestaande uit twee 12‑kleuren Heidelberg‑persen, één 8‑kleuren en één 6‑kleuren Heidelberg‑pers. Deze lijn wordt de komende jaren verder uitgebreid en gemoderniseerd.

Ervaring met Heidelberg‑drukmachines is een pré, maar ben je gemotiveerd, technisch sterk en leergierig? Dan nodigen we je óók van harte uit om te reageren.

Doen

Als Offset Drukker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig produceren van drukwerk. Je zorgt dat de pers draait, de kwaliteit constant blijft en afwijkingen direct worden opgelost.

Dit ga je doen:

  • De drukpers zelfstandig instellen voor verschillende orders
  • Omstellingen uitvoeren volgens planning
  • Het drukproces bewaken en tijdig bijsturen
  • Kwaliteit controleren op basis van normen en meetwaarden
  • Eenvoudige storingen oplossen en grotere issues melden
  • Gepland onderhoud uitvoeren aan de pers
  • Productie‑ en onderhoudsgegevens registreren in systemen zoals Prinect
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en 5S op en rond de pers
  • Veilig werken volgens voorschriften
  • Werken in een 3‑ploegendienst

In deze rol draait het om vakmanschap, procesbeheersing en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.

De ideale Offset Drukker:

  • Beschikt over MBO‑werk- en denkniveau
  • Heeft bij voorkeur relevante ervaring
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en heeft sterk technisch inzicht
  • Herkent procesafwijkingen en stuurt binnen kaders bij
  • Bewaakt kwaliteit op basis van normen en meetwaarden
  • Is vertrouwd met productieregistratiesystemen zoals Prinect
  • Functioneert goed in een dynamische productieomgeving
  • Heeft een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en veiligheid
  • Wil graag leren en doorgroeien binnen moderne druktechniek
