The posting

Bij MPGe draait alles om kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en continu verbeteren. Onze Heidelberg drukpersen, MK stansmachines en Heidelberg vouw-plakmachines vormen het hart van onze productie. Om deze machines optimaal te laten presteren zijn wij op zoek naar een Technieker Grafische Productie.

In deze functie ben jij het eerste technische aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat storingen snel worden opgelost, voert preventief onderhoud uit en ondersteunt operators bij technische vraagstukken. Dankzij jouw inzet blijven onze machines betrouwbaar draaien en beperken we stilstand tot een minimum.

Je werkt midden in de productieomgeving en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer. Je analyseert problemen, voert reparaties uit en denkt mee over hoe we onze technische prestaties verder kunnen verbeteren. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met operators, leermeesters en de Mechanical Technician.

Doen

Als Technieker Grafische Productie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse technische ondersteuning binnen onze drukkerij.

Concreet ga je aan de slag met:

  • Het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen aan productiemachines
  • Uitvoeren van kleine reparaties, afstellingen en correctieve werkzaamheden
  • Ondersteunen van operators bij technische problemen en machineafwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan Heidelberg drukpersen, MK stansmachines en Heidelberg vouw-plakmachines
  • Controleren van slijtagegevoelige onderdelen en signaleren van technische aandachtspunten
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties en technische controles om storingen te voorkomen
  • Registreren van storingen, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en bevindingen
  • Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en deze bespreken met de Mechanical Technician
  • Bewaken van een veilige technische werkomgeving
  • Ondersteunen bij het optimaal beschikbaar houden van onze machines en installaties

Je bent een praktische technicus die energie krijgt van het oplossen van storingen en technische uitdagingen. Je houdt ervan om zichtbaar aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer en weet snel de juiste oplossing te vinden wanneer productieprocessen stil dreigen te vallen.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • MBO 4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar
  • Ervaring met productiemachines binnen een industriële omgeving, bij voorkeur Heidelberg drukpersen
  • Ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud en storingsanalyse
  • Goed technisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
