Als Teamlead Cardfinishing sta je midden in de productie en zorg je dat het proces blijft lopen. Je werkt mee, stuurt aan en houdt overzicht wanneer het tempo omhoog gaat. Je ziet knelpunten, lost ze op en neemt je team daarin mee. Zo zorg je elke dag voor kwaliteit, structuur en een werkvloer die steeds beter wordt.

Daarom zoeken we een Teamlead Card Finishing die energie krijgt van een dynamische productieomgeving, teamwork en continu verbeteren. Sta jij graag midden in de operatie? Doen

Als Teamlead sta jij midden op de werkvloer en zorg je dat alles soepel draait. Je werkt actief mee in het proces, maar houdt tegelijk overzicht over planning, kwaliteit en team. Je bent de schakel tussen de werkvloer en de Supervisor. Loopt iets vast? Dan pak jij het op. Zie je dat iets beter kan? Dan kom je in actie.

  • Meewerken in het packaging- en nabewerkingsproces
  • Bewaken van planning, voortgang en kwaliteit
  • Dagelijkse knelpunten signaleren en oplossen
  • Operators en productiemedewerkers aansturen en motiveren
  • Nieuwe collega’s inwerken en begeleiden
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek
  • Verbeteringen signaleren en helpen doorvoeren
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als teamleider (bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving zoals packaging of nabewerking)
  • Je bent een coachende leider die mensen motiveert
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (minimaal B1)
  • Je houdt overzicht wanneer het druk wordt
  • Je spreekt collega’s aan wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen
  • Onderdeel van de indiensttreding is het doorlopen van een screening. Zo moet je onder andere een Verklaring Omtrent Goed Gedrag (VOG) kunnen aanleveren. De kosten hiervoor worden door ons vergoed.

Krijgen

  • Salaris vanaf €3.800 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring
  • 25% ploegentoeslag omdat je werkt in een drieploegendienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag
  • 28 vakantiedagen
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van 23 cent per kilometer
  • Werken in een moderne productieomgeving samen met een ambitieus team
  • Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan Bedrijfsfitness en ons fietsplan
  • Overige arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Grafimedia
