Senop tarjoaa vaativaan käyttöympäristöön suunniteltuja ja korkean suorituskyvyn pimeänäkölaitteita, optroniikkaa ja tietoturvallisia viestintäratkaisuja sekä vaativia järjestelmäintegrointipalveluja puolustus- ja turvallisuusalan toimijoille sekä kriittisen infrastruktuurin organisaatioille.

Henkilöstökoordinaattoria

monipuoliseen ja vastuulliseen HR-rooliin.

Tehtävässä olet tärkeä tuki esihenkilöille ja henkilöstölle koko työsuhteen elinkaaren ajan. Pääset työskentelemään laaja-alaisesti henkilöstöhallinnon, rekrytoinnin, työkyvyn tukemisen sekä päivittäisten HR-prosessien kehittämisen parissa osana ammattitaitoista työyhteisöä.

Keskeisiin tehtäviisi kuuluvat muun muassa:

  • esihenkilöiden ja henkilöstön tukeminen päivittäisissä työsuhdeasioissa
  • osallistuminen rekrytointeihin ja esihenkilöiden tukeminen rekrytointiprosessin eri vaiheissa
  • työkykyasioissa tukeminen yhteistyössä esihenkilöiden ja työterveyden kanssa
  • työajanseurantajärjestelmän avainkäyttäjänä toimiminen sekä käyttäjien neuvonta
  • koulutusrekistein ylläpito ja henkilöstöraportointi
  • uusien työntekijöiden yleisperehdytys
  • muut henkilöstöhallinnon päivittäiset tehtävät sekä toimintatapojen kehittäminen.

Osallistut myös erilaisten tapahtumien järjestämiseen ja muiden henkilöstötilaisuuksien koordinoimiseen.

Tehtävässä raportoit talousjohtajalle ja toimit tiiviissä yhteistyössä emoyhtiön HR-tiimin kanssa. Vastuualueeseesi kuuluvat Kangasalan, Jyväskylän ja Oulun toimipaikat.

Menestyt tehtävässä, jos nautit käytännönläheisestä HR-työstä ja henkilöstöhallinnon monipuolisista tehtävistä. Tehtävä tarjoaa sopivassa suhteessa sekä säännöllisesti toistuvia HR-tehtäviä että vaihtelevia tilanteita, jotka pitävät työpäivät mielenkiintoisina. Viihdyt ympäristössä, jossa arvostetaan yhteistyötä, palveluhenkisyyttä ja huolellista työotetta.

Lisäksi sinulta löytyy:

  • soveltuva koulutus ja kokemusta henkilöstöhallinnon tehtävistä
  • kiinnostusta monipuoliseen HR-työhön
  • hyvät organisointi- ja vuorovaikutustaidot
  • tarkka ja vastuullinen työote luottamuksellisen tiedon käsittelyssä
  • sujuvat tietotekniset valmiudet sekä kokemusta HR-järjestelmien käytöstä.

Kokemus teollisuusympäristöstä sekä teknologiateollisuuden työehtosopimuksen tuntemus katsotaan eduksi.
