* Objetivo do trabalho: O Analista de Logística Pleno será responsável por planejar, executar e supervisionar as atividades logísticas da Mindsight, garantindo a eficiência e a eficácia das operações. Este profissional colaborará com diferentes setores da empresa para otimizar processos e assegurar que as demandas de logística atendam às necessidades dos clientes e internos. A posição exige um entendimento profundo das práticas logísticas e sua aplicação nas soluções de software da empresa.

* Responsabilidades: - Realizar o planejamento logístico das operações, assegurando a adequada alocação de recursos. - Coordenar a execução do transporte e armazenamento de produtos, monitorando prazos e custos. - Analisar e otimizar os processos logísticos, propondo soluções que impactem positivamente na redução de custos e aumento de eficiência. - Colaborar com equipes internas para identificar necessidades logísticas em projetos e garantir que as soluções atendam a essas demandas. - Analisar indicadores de desempenho e elaborar relatórios, propondo melhorias contínuas. - Supervisionar a equipe de logística, fornecendo orientação e avaliando o desempenho.

* Qualificações: - Conhecimento geral em logística, incluindo transporte, armazenagem e distribuição. - Habilidades analíticas para identificação e resolução de problemas logísticos. - Capacidade de comunicação eficaz com diferentes equipes e stakeholders. - Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de logística e erp. - Habilidade em negociação e gestão de fornecedores.

* Qualificações educacionais: Graduação em Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções de logística ou áreas relacionadas. Experiência em empresas de tecnologia será considerada um diferencial.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em gerenciamento de estoque, transporte e técnicas de otimização logística. Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão logística e análise de dados. Habilidade em trabalho em equipe e pensamento crítico.
