* Objetivo do trabalho: O Analista Júnior de Customer Success atuará na melhoria da experiência dos clientes com nossas soluções, garantindo que eles utilizem nossos produtos de forma eficaz. Este profissional será responsável por entender as necessidades dos clientes, oferecer suporte e realizar ações proativas para promover a satisfação e retenção. O papel é essencial para fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes e contribuir para o crescimento da empresa.

* Responsabilidades: - Acompanhar e analisar a utilização das soluções pelos clientes para garantir que estejam alcançando os resultados desejados. - Realizar atendimento e suporte ao cliente, respondendo a dúvidas e solucionando problemas de forma ágil e eficiente. - Propor melhorias e ações preventivas com base no feedback dos clientes para aumentar a eficiência na utilização dos produtos. - Colaborar com as equipes de vendas e produto para identificar oportunidades de upsell e garantir que as necessidades dos clientes sejam atendidas. - Feedback constante sobre as interações com os clientes, contribuindo para aprimorar os processos internos e a experiência do usuário. - Preparar relatórios e análises sobre o engajamento dos clientes, apresentando resultados e sugestões à equipe.

* Qualificações: - Conhecimento geral em gestão de clientes, com habilidade para entender e resolver problemas simples. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita. - Capacidade de trabalho em equipe e colaboração, com foco em resultados. - Proatividade para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e soluções para os clientes. - Familiaridade com ferramentas de atendimento ao cliente e CRM.

* Qualificações educacionais: Formação superior em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em ambientes de tecnologia ou SaaS. Estágios ou experiências na área de suporte ao cliente são considerados diferenciais.

* Conhecimentos, habilidades: - Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente. - Familiaridade com conceitos de Customer Success e métricas de satisfação do cliente. - Habilidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas e prioridades em um ambiente dinâmico.
