* Objetivo do trabalho: O operador logístico júnior é responsável por auxiliar nas operações logísticas da empresa, garantindo que os processos de armazenamento, transporte e distribuição de produtos e dados sejam realizados de forma eficiente e eficaz. Esta função é essencial para apoiar a equipe nas atividades diárias e contribuir para a otimização da experiência do cliente e dos colaboradores.

* Responsabilidades: - Auxiliar no recebimento, armazenamento e organização de materiais e equipamentos. - Acompanhar o processo de envio e recebimento de mercadorias, assegurando que os prazos sejam cumpridos. - Manter registros precisos e atualizados relacionados a inventários e movimentações de produtos. - Colaborar com a equipe para identificar áreas de melhoria nos processos logísticos. - Interagir com fornecedores e parceiros para garantir a eficácia na logística e resolução de problemas que possam surgir. - Apoiar a implementação de ferramentas de tecnologia para otimização dos processos logísticos.

* Qualificações: - Conhecimento prático em operações logísticas e gestão de estoque. - Habilidade em utilizar ferramentas de gestão e softwares logísticos. - Capacidade de comunicação clara e eficaz, tanto verbalmente quanto por escrito. - Pensamento analítico para identificação de problemas e sugestões de melhorias. - Trabalho em equipe, colaboração e capacidade de adaptação a um ambiente dinâmico.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo. Cursos técnicos ou superiores na área de logística, administração ou áreas afins são considerados um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência prévia em funções relacionadas à logística ou atendimento ao cliente é desejável, mas não necessária. Estágios ou trabalhos voluntários na área serão considerados.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em operações de logística, familiaridade com sistemas de gerenciamento de inventário e capacidade de resolver problemas simples relacionados à cadeia de suprimentos.
