Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die verlässliche Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, wenn es um SAP Security geht. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Freunden statt Kollegen stellst du sicher, dass unsere Servicequalität nicht nur stimmt, sondern Maßstäbe setzt.

  • Im SAP Security-Umfeld betreust du Kunden von der Analyse über die Umsetzung bis hin zur laufenden Optimierung ihrer Systeme
  • Kundenanliegen werden priorisiert, Lösungen mit internen SpezialistInnen koordiniert und Servicequalität sowie Fristen stets im Blick behalten, auch im persönlichen Austausch während regelmäßiger Jour Fixes
  • Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf, wirst damit zur vertrauten Ansprechperson und schaffst Beratung und Vertrauen statt anonymer Ticketbearbeitung

Dein Profil

Du denkst kundenorientiert, behältst auch bei komplexen Anforderungen den Überblick und findest pragmatische Lösungen. In deiner Rolle verbindest du technisches Verständnis mit echter Beratungsstärke und möchtest aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenprojekte beitragen.

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Security-Umfeld mit, idealerweise aus Consulting oder Managed Service, und hast bereits Kundenprojekte eigenständig begleitet
  • eigene KI-Tools für Security, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Claude Code oder vergleichbaren KI-Modellen
  • Fundiertes Know-how im Berechtigungsrollenbau sowie sichere Kenntnisse relevanter Tools (z. B. SecurityBridge, Xiting (XAMS), CheckAud (IBS Schreiber)) ermöglichen dir, praxisorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, beherrschst Priorisierung und Kundenkommunikation im Servicekontext und bringst Lust auf Teamarbeit in einem offenen, unterstützenden Umfeld mit #LI-Remote
