📢 ¡Estamos buscando un/a HR Business Partner (HRBP) en Puerto Montt!

En Mindwork nos encontramos apoyando a una importante empresa del rubro productivo en la búsqueda de un/a HR Business Partner, quien tendrá el desafío de actuar como socio estratégico de las distintas áreas del negocio, conectando las necesidades de la operación con la gestión de Personas.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en empresas productivas o industriales, que cuenten con una mirada estratégica, capacidad analítica y habilidades para influir y acompañar a los líderes en sus desafíos de gestión, desarrollo de equipos y mejora continua.

🎯 Principales objetivos del cargo:

  • Actuar como socio estratégico de las distintas áreas del negocio, alineando la gestión de Personas con los objetivos y desafíos de la operación.
  • Acompañar y asesorar a líderes y jefaturas en materias de gestión de equipos, desarrollo de talento y gestión del cambio.
  • Impulsar iniciativas orientadas a la optimización de dotación, productividad y mejora continua de los procesos de gestión de Personas.
  • Analizar indicadores de gestión y proponer soluciones que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones y al desarrollo organizacional.

🔎 Requisitos del cargo:

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Psicología, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en áreas de Gestión de Personas, idealmente desempeñando funciones de HRBP o roles similares.
  • Experiencia trabajando en empresas productivas o industriales, con cercanía a la operación y sus principales desafíos.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de dotación, indicadores de Personas, desarrollo organizacional y gestión del cambio.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Puerto Montt.
