The posting

Importante empresa chilena del rubro industrial, especializada en la comercialización y logística de productos químicos, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Analista de Logística para incorporarse al equipo.

La posición tendrá como principal desafío ejecutar la planificación definida por el área, coordinando transportistas, bodegas, terminales y prestadores logísticos para asegurar que cada despacho se realice de manera ordenada, oportuna y trazable. Tendrá un foco especial en operaciones de carga a granel, realizando seguimiento desde la programación del transporte hasta la recepción conforme por parte del cliente.

Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encontrarán:

  • Coordinar retiros, cargas, despachos y entregas con transportistas y operadores logísticos.
  • Realizar seguimiento en tránsito y confirmar la recepción conforme de cada carga.
  • Controlar inventarios y conciliar información con bodegas y prestadores externos.
  • Gestionar guías de despacho y documentación asociada a cada operación.
  • Mantener actualizada la información en sistemas y plataformas logísticas.
  • Elaborar reportes de despachos, inventarios, costos y desempeño operacional.
  • Detectar inconsistencias, levantar alertas y apoyar la resolución de contingencias.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con las áreas de Logística, Abastecimiento, Comercial y Bodega.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación técnica o profesional en Logística, Transporte, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en logística, transporte, distribución, inventarios, bodegaje o coordinación de despachos.
  • Manejo de Excel para trabajar bases de datos, realizar seguimientos y elaborar reportes.
  • Deseable conocimiento de sistemas ERP como Softland, SAP u otros similares.
  • Deseables nociones de Power BI, bases de datos o herramientas de análisis.
  • Proactividad, capacidad de aprendizaje y disposición para resolver contingencias.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Las Condes y realizar visitas ocasionales a terreno.
