Cerchiamo una figura di Business Development Manager con una solida conoscenza del settore sanitario pubblico, capace di leggere il contesto, intercettare opportunità ad alto impatto e guidare trattative complesse con i vertici delle strutture sanitarie. Una persona che non si limiti a vendere, ma che sappia costruire partnership, collaborare allo sviluppo dei progetti e contribuire attivamente alla trasformazione della sanità italiana.

COSA FARAI

- Business Development: Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business nella Sanità Pubblica (ASL, Aziende Ospedaliere, IRCCS) nell'area Centro-Sud.

- Stakeholder Management: Interfacciarsi con interlocutori istituzionali e C-Level della PA (Direzioni Generali, Direzioni Sanitarie, Direttori Amministrativi, Responsabili dei Sistemi Informativi).

- Gestione Trattative Complesse: Guidare cicli di vendita lunghi e articolati (gestire le modalità di procurement), intercettando i bisogni tecnologici delle strutture e strutturando l'offerta commerciale.

- International Collaboration: Collaborare con i team di MioDottore per realizzare le progettualità previste. CHI STIAMO CERCANDO

- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nelle vendite complesse in ambito Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma o soluzioni IT/SaaS per la Sanità Pubblica

- Profonda conoscenza del tessuto sanitario e delle dinamiche delle regioni del Centro-Sud Italia.

- Spiccata attitudine commerciale, orientamento al risultato e determinazione nell'espandere il proprio portafoglio clienti

- Eccellenti doti comunicative e di negoziazione, diplomazia istituzionale unita a una forte resilienza per la gestione di cicli di vendita lunghi

- Conoscenza della lingua inglese

- Preferibile residenza o domicilio nel Lazio o in Campania.
