Cerchiamo un Customer Success Partner che sappia combinare empatia genuina con obiettivi concreti: retention, uspelling e crescita condivisa con i clienti. Una persona che non si limiti a rispondere alle richieste, ma che anticipi i bisogni e costruisca vera partnership strategica.

Cosa farai concretamente:

- Account Management: Gestione proattiva di un portafoglio clienti B2B con focus su retention e crescita;

- Strategic Consulting: Analisi delle esigenze per proporre soluzioni su misura;

- Revenue Growth: Identificazione di opportunità di upselling e cross-selling per creare valore reale;

- Customer Advocacy: Raccolta e analisi del feedback clienti per guidare l'evoluzione del prodotto;

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinamento con team prodotto, marketing e sales per ottimizzare l'esperienza cliente.
