Cosa farai come Customer Success Specialist B2C

Sarai il punto di riferimento per il portafoglio clienti assegnato, con l’obiettivo di migliorare la loro esperienza con i nostri prodotti digitali. Ecco come contribuirai:

- Rappresenterai MioDottore come consulente dedicato, offrendo supporto e soluzioni efficaci ai clienti.

- Favorirai la fidelizzazione dei clienti: attraverso interventi mirati, potenzierai la loro soddisfazione riducendo il rischio di churn

- Promuoverai l’uso corretto dei nostri prodotti offrendo una consulenza ad hoc, rispondendo alle esigenze dei clienti con proposte su misura.

- Incrementerai le opportunità di business, individuando le necessità e presentando soluzioni aggiuntive.

- Identificherai e comunicherai eventuali problematiche al nostro team prodotto contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei nostri servizi.

- Collaborerai con diversi team interni (prodotto, marketing, customer experience) per migliorare la customer satisfaction.

Chi cerchiamo:

Stiamo cercando persone dinamiche, entusiaste e orientate alla crescita professionale. Idealmente, possiedi:

- Esperienza in ruoli di customer success o post-vendita

- Grande propensione al supporto clienti, ti piace prenderti cura dei tuoi clienti e provi soddisfazione a risolvere i loro problemi

- Capacità organizzative per gestire più obiettivi e scadenze.

- Familiarità con le nuove tecnologie e interesse per il settore Health Tech.

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2).
