Als Teil unseres zentralen Treasury-Teams gestalten wir aktiv die Steuerung von Liquidität, Risiken und Finanzinstrumenten und treiben damit die finanzielle Stabilität und Effizienz unserer Bank entscheidend voran. Dabei verbinden wir analytische Tiefe mit operativer Verantwortung und schaffen Raum, um zentrale Prozesse im Finanzmanagement aktiv mitzugestalten – wir suchen daher eine/einen

Junior Treasury Specialist (m/w/d)

vorerst befristet auf ein Jahr

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Steuerung der Gesamtliquidität der Bank sowie Mitwirkung an Liquiditätsanalysen und -prognosen zur Sicherstellung der Zahlungsfähigkeit und gezielten Risikominimierung.
  • Mitarbeit im Geld- und Devisenhandel mit in- und ausländischen Kreditinstituten, einschließlich der Quotierung von Devisenkursen und Zinssätzen für unsere Kunden und Kontrahenten.
  • Unterstützung beim Handel und der Abwicklung von Wertpapier- und Geldmarkttransaktionen gemäß interner Vorgaben sowie bei der Pflege unseres Anlageportfolios.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Absicherung von Zins- und Fremdwährungsrisiken.
  • Beteiligung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Treasury-Strategien zur Optimierung von Erträgen und zur Steuerung von Risiken.
  • Recherche und Vorbereitung der Akquise neuer Kontrahenten und Broker im Geld-, Devisen- und Wertpapierhandel.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (z. B. Rechnungswesen) sowie Pflege der Kontakte zu externen Finanzinstituten und Partnern.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Kürzlich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Treasury (gerne auch Corporate-Treasury) oder Finanzwesen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Hochschulprojekte von Vorteil.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten in einem herausfordernden Arbeitsumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel; erste Erfahrungen mit Finanzsoftware oder Treasury-Management-Systemen sind von Vorteil.
