Wir suchen dich – eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Treasury Back Office verantwortungsvoll steuert und als wichtige Schnittstelle zu Front Office, Risk Management und Compliance agiert. Wenn du präzise arbeitest, regulatorische Anforderungen sicher beherrschst und Freude daran hast, operative Prozesse zu optimieren, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für alle Prozesse im Treasury Back Office: Trade Bestätigung, Settlement, Cash Management und Abstimmung der Geldmarkt-, FX-, Fixed-Income- und Derivatgeschäfte.
  • Du stimmst täglich alle treasury-relevanten Nostro-Konten, internen Buchungsbestände sowie Daten von Drittverwahrstellen ab.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Abläufe vollständig und regelkonform nach MaRisk, MiFID II und weiteren relevanten Bankenvorschriften erfolgen.
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst sämtliche operativen Prozesse, Richtlinien und Kontrollmechanismen – einschließlich Market-Conformity-Check-Dokumentationen.
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenziale und unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Workflows.
  • Du betreust die operativen Aspekte zentraler Zahlungssysteme (z. B. SWIFT, SEPA).
  • Du kommunizierst effektiv mit Front Office, Risk Management und Compliance und löst Settlement- oder Bestätigungsfragen souverän.
  • Du überwachst operative Risiken, erstellst Reports und eskalierst kritische Vorgänge rechtzeitig an die Bereichsleitung, Compliance oder Risk Controlling.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung/Studium: Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Treasury-Umfeld (Back Office/Settlement) mit – idealerweise mit tiefem Verständnis des nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsverkehrs.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Du verstehst den Lifecycle komplexer Finanzinstrumente (Derivate, Fixed Income, FX & Money Market) sehr gut.
  • Regulatorisches Know-how: Du kennst die relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen, insbesondere im europäischen Kontext (MaRisk, BAIT/DORA, MiFID II).
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest detailorientiert, zuverlässig, analytisch und teamorientiert – immer mit einem klaren Fokus auf Qualität und Effizienz.
