Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Dokumentenakkreditiven, Inkassi und Garantien
  • Prüfung von Handelsdokumenten auf Vollständigkeit und Ordnungsmäßigkeit
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Trade-Finance-Transaktionen nach internationalen Richtlinien (z. B. UCP 600, ISBP)
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Banken und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Prozesse
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Korrespondenz sowie aller mit dem Dokumentengeschäft zusammenhängenden Verwaltungsarbeiten

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzwirtschaft oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Bank im Bereich Exportfinanzierung, Dokumentenakkreditive, Inkassi, Garantien sowie der internationalen Handels- und Zahlungsbedingungen
  • Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Handelsdokumenten auf Vollständigkeit und Ordnungsmäßigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Trade Finance-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fähigkeit, Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu bearbeiten und auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten
  • Hohe Genauigkeit bei der Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Dokumenten sowie bei der Einhaltung von regulatorischen und internen Anforderungen
