Vitalis Médical propose une gamme complète de solutions RH à ses clients et soumet des opportunités adaptées aux candidats.

Pour renforcer l’activité de notre agence de Pontault-Combault recrutons un(e) Consultant(e) en recrutement en CDD qui participera au développement commercial.

Rattaché(e) au responsable de l’agence, vous aurez pour challenge de développer l'activité de l'agence et d'accompagner nos clients sur leurs besoins en recrutement tout en assurant une qualité de services.

  • Développement commercial : prospection d’établissements de santé, prise de rendez-vous, proposition d’offres commerciales d’intérim ou de recrutement (vacations, CDD, CDI), placement de personnel et suivi clients ;
  • Contact avec les clients de l’Agence (prise de commandes, recherches des besoins, proposition de candidats …) ;
  • Sourcing des candidatures : Veille active sur les sites spécialisés, rédaction et diffusion d’annonces d’emploi, présélection, entretiens téléphoniques ;
  • Entretien de recrutement de professionnels (métiers paramédicaux et sociaux) : gestion des candidatures, suivi des professionnels et de l’adéquation profils/postes ;
  • Accueil physique et téléphonique (partagé avec l’équipe) ; tâches administratives diverses

Nous recherchons un profil expérimenté justifiant impérativement de plusieurs années d’expérience dans les secteurs de l’intérim et du recrutement, idéalement dans le domaine de la santé. Vous disposez d’une expérience probante en développement commercial, en prospection téléphonique et en prise de rendez-vous, et maîtrisez les techniques de négociation, de fidélisation et de développement de portefeuille clients.

Vous possédez un excellent relationnel, un véritable sens du service et une bonne connaissance des métiers de la santé. Dynamique, rigoureux(se), autonome et doté(e) d’un fort esprit d’équipe, vous êtes force de proposition, savez prendre des initiatives et vous investir pleinement dans le développement de l’activité.

📅Ce poste est proposé en CDD du 16 novembre 2026 au 31 mai 2027, avec une possibilité de prolongation ou d’évolution vers un CDI

Horaires : 39h/ Semaine (9h20 – 13h / 14h – 18h) + astreintes (rémunération supplémentaire)

📍 Localisation : Agence située à Nîmes Ville Active

💰 Rémunération: Fixe annuel : 30 390 € brut/ an + variable non plafonné
