The posting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash & cheque allocation for the UK.
  • Monthly statement run for the UK.
  • Maintenance of Cash with Order & Service & Maintenance ledgers, as well as order releasing for these areas.
  • Monitoring our group inbox and actioning where required.
  • Scanning for the department.
  • Adhoc tasks e.g. copy invoices, PODs, processing refund requests
  • Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.
  • Support for the Credit Controllers
  • Answering calls from internal colleagues and external customers
  • Supporting Credit Risk activities
