Ben jij afgestudeerd in Accountancy, Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of een gelijkaardige richting en wil je jouw carrière starten binnen Finance? Dan is deze functie als Junior Credit Controller een mooie kans om praktijkervaring op te doen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Als Junior Credit Controller zorg je mee voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging van openstaande klantenrekeningen. Je hebt daarbij regelmatig rechtstreeks contact met klanten en leert hoe je op een professionele manier betalingsafspraken en openstaande dossiers opvolgt. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je volgt openstaande facturen en betalingsdossiers actief op.
  • Je neemt telefonisch contact op met klanten om betalingen te bespreken en afspraken te maken.
  • Je verwerkt reacties en vragen van klanten en tussenpersonen via e-mail en telefoon.
  • Je analyseert dossiers en onderneemt de nodige acties om openstaande bedragen te innen.
  • Je bereidt ingebrekestellingen en dossiers voor die eventueel worden overgedragen aan externe partners, zoals incassokantoren, deurwaarders of advocaten.
  • Je maakt rapporteringen en analyses in Excel.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's binnen Finance en met verschillende interne en internationale stakeholders.

Telefonisch contact met klanten is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie. Je vindt het dan ook niet spannend om zelf de telefoon te nemen en op een professionele manier moeilijke gesprekken te voeren.

Je hoeft nog geen ervaren Credit Controller te zijn. Motivatie, communicatieve vaardigheden en de ambitie om bij te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma heeft in Accountancy, Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Bij voorkeur al een eerste relevante ervaring heeft opgedaan. Ook een stage, studentenjob of andere relevante ervaring komt in aanmerking.
  • Graag met cijfers en financiële dossiers werkt.
  • Communicatief sterk is en klanten op een correcte maar duidelijke manier durft aanspreken.
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werkt.
  • Goed overweg kan met Excel.
  • Vlot Engels spreekt en schrijft. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Vooral veel goesting heeft om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen Finance.
