Junior Credit Controller | €35.000-€42.000 Bruto Per Jaar | Internationale Industrie

Voor een internationale industriële organisatie zoeken we een Junior Credit Controller die graag cijfers met klantcontact combineert. Je ondersteunt het creditcontrolteam bij de opvolging van klantenrekeningen in Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika. Met opleiding en begeleiding van ervaren collega's bouw je een stevige basis op voor een carrière binnen finance.

Jobomschrijving

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je volgt openstaande facturen telefonisch en schriftelijk op, zodat klanten tijdig betalen en betalingsachterstanden beperkt blijven.
  • Je wijst inkomende betalingen correct toe aan klantenrekeningen en registreert alle opvolgacties, zodat de administratie betrouwbaar en actueel blijft.
  • Je onderzoekt vragen en betwistingen rond facturen samen met Customer Care en Sales, zodat betalingsproblemen efficiënt worden opgelost.
  • Je bewaakt het betalingsgedrag van klanten, onderneemt proactief actie en bespreekt problematische dossiers met ervaren collega's.
  • Je ondersteunt ouderdomsanalyses, creditcontrolrapporteringen en reconciliaties, waarmee het team zicht houdt op openstaande bedragen.
  • Je verstuurt maandelijkse rekeningoverzichten en bouwt professionele relaties op met klanten en interne teams, met respect voor de kredietprocedures.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma en wilt je ontwikkelen binnen credit control of finance.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je communiceert helder, voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon en blijft rustig tijdens moeilijkere gesprekken.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel. Basiskennis van klantenboekhouding of ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus.
  • Je neemt initiatief, stelt prioriteiten en leert graag bij. Eerdere ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
