  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Durchführung des Spül- und Reinigungsbereichs
  • Sicherstellen der Sauberkeit und Hygiene von Geschirr, Besteck, Küchengeräten und Arbeitsflächen
  • Verwaltung der Lagerbestände
  • Bestellung von Reinigungsmitteln und Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Einweisung und Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder im Spülbereich
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung von Arbeitsabläufen im Back-of-House

Dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Spülküche oder im Stewarding-Bereich, idealerweise erste Erfahrung in leitender Funktion
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Reinigungs- und Hygienestandards
  • Sauberes und gepflegtes Auftreten
