Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit und (stellvertretendes) Führen des Teams unserer Technikabteilung
  • Reparaturen und Instandhaltung im gesamten Hotel
  • Funktionelle Überwachung/Prüfung sämtlicher betrieblicher Anlagen und Maschinenfunktionen (ELA, Sprinkler, GLT, etc.)
  • Bearbeitung technischer Mängel sowie Aufzeichnung aufgetretener Störungen in Absprache mit der Technischen Leitung
  • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und technisch einwandfreien Objektzustandes
  • Ausführung von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten sowie Führen von Wartungshandbüchern bzw. -protokollen
  • Büroorganisation und Verwaltung
  • Beseitigung technischer Mängel im Zimmer und dem gesamten Hotel
  • Setup-Tätigkeiten (Konferenzräume stellen, Bühnenbau etc.)

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Techniker:in oder einem technischen Gewerk
  • Du verfügst bereits über Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrungen im Führen von Teams
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Fachwissen im Bereich Elektronik (von Vorteil auch Kenntnisse in Veranstaltungstechnik und Sanitär)
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Du bist zuverlässig, flexibel und belastbar und lebst eine Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du kannst deine Kommunikation an die Bedürfnisse von Gästen und MItarbeitenden jederzeit anpassen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss
  • Du bist offen gegenüber Wochenendarbeit und Bereitschaftsdiensten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, sicheres und freundliches Auftreten sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und engagiert, zeigst Eigeninitiative und hast Spaß daran, Neues zu lernen und auszuprobieren
