The posting

So bringst du deine PS auf die Straße

  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau, der Pflege und der Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Governance-Strukturen sowie des Business Continuity Managements gemäß ZAG-MaRisk AT 9, § 25b KWG und DORA mit Schwerpunkt Dienstleistersteuerung und regulatorische Anforderungen.
  • Risikoanalysen für wesentliche und nicht wesentliche externe Leistungen, einschließlich IKT-Dienstleistungen, bereitest du mit vor und arbeitest aktiv bei deren Durchführung mit.
  • Dabei unterstützt du bei der Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von Strategien, Richtlinien, Prozessen und Methoden und hilfst dabei, regulatorische Vorgaben zuverlässig umzusetzen.
  • Das Reporting rund um externe Leistungen und Governance-Themen bereitest du gemeinsam mit den Kollegen (m/w/d) auf – von regelmäßigen Berichten bis hin zu anlassbezogenen Auswertungen für Geschäftsleitung und Gremien.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Risikomanagement, Compliance, Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und Interner Revision unterstützt du dabei, die Organisation regulatorisch auf Kurs zu halten und interne wie externe Prüfungen zu begleiten.
  • Du beobachtest regulatorische Entwicklungen und unterstützt bei der Ableitung von Optimierungen für das Business Continuity Management – stets im Austausch mit anderen Fachabteilungen, um die Schnittstellen sicherzustellen.

Das ist deine Ausstattung

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Auslagerungsmanagement oder in einer Governance-, Risk- oder Compliance-Funktion zeichnen dich aus.
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit regulatorischen Anforderungen wie MaRisk AT 9, § 25b KWG oder DORA sammeln.
  • Interesse an Themen rund um Business Continuity Management, Governance und regulatorische Anforderungen bringst du mit und möchtest dich in diesen Bereichen weiterentwickeln.
  • Eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise hilft dir dabei, Prozesse und Dokumentationen sorgfältig zu bearbeiten.
  • Mit deiner kommunikativen Art und deinem Verantwortungsbewusstsein arbeitest du zuverlässig mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen.
