So bringst du deine PS auf die Straße

  • Du gestaltest die IT-Governance gemäß BAIT, MaRisk und DORA aktiv mit und entwickelst IT-Strategien, Richtlinien, Prozesse und Kontrollen kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen stellst du durch ein strukturiertes Monitoring, die Ableitung konkreter Handlungsfelder sowie eine konsequente Maßnahmenverfolgung sicher.
  • Externe und interne Prüfungen begleitest du vorausschauend und koordiniert – von der Vorbereitung über das Dokumentations- und Terminmanagement bis zur Nachhaltung von Findings.
  • Du führst und moderierst Self-Assessments sowie Control-Tests und bereitest Governance- und Risikoberichte adressatengerecht für Management und Gremien auf.
  • Im Informations- und IKT-Risikomanagement unterstützt du bei der Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von IT-Risiken und behältst relevante KRIs und KPIs im Blick.
  • Zusätzlich bringst du Governance-Aspekte in IT-Auslagerungen, IAM, IT-Projekte, Notfallmanagement und das IKS in der IT ein und bereitest fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management vor.

Das ist deine Ausstattung

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Governance, IT-Compliance oder IT-Risikomanagement in einem regulierten Umfeld bringst du bereits mit.
  • Regulatorische Anforderungen aus BAIT, MaRisk und idealerweise DORA sind dir vertraut und lassen sich von dir pragmatisch in umsetzbare Strukturen übersetzen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Schnittstellen- und IT-Themen den Überblick.
  • In der Zusammenarbeit mit operativer IT, Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz, Compliance, Risikomanagement und Interner Revision trittst du souverän und verbindlich auf.
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der Anspruch, Governance wirksam und nachhaltig zu gestalten, zeichnen dich aus.
