Your role at Modjo
By joining Modjo as an Operations Associate (internship), you'll play a key role in the smooth running of our operations and in our teams' quality of life.
Reporting to Sarah, VP Operations & People, you'll work closely with the Operations team and interact daily with every function in the company: Sales, Finance, RevOps, People, as well as the founders.
By nature, this role is cross-functional. You'll quickly become a go-to person across the company.
Operations automation
- Identify manual, recurring processes within the Operations, Finance, Legal, and People teams.
- Design and deploy automations to improve operational efficiency.
- Actively contribute to our AI-first approach: automated workflows, internal AI agents, smart models.
- Document processes and support their adoption across teams.
Chief of Staff
- Drive the communication of the company's OKRs.
- Challenge OKRs alongside Matthieu, our CEO.
- Build and maintain the company's operating calendar.
- Prepare and structure the topics for Thursday meetings and Monthly meetings.
Finance & Reporting
- Prepare investor reporting.
- Prepare board decks with the RevOps and Finance teams.
Modjo Academy & onboarding
- Lead the operational organization of the Modjo Academy, our internal training and onboarding program.
- Coordinate the session calendar, speakers, and materials to deliver a smooth experience for all participants.
- Orchestrate the onboarding journey for new hires: logistics, planning, and coordination across teams.
- Track participant progress and gather feedback to continuously improve the program.
- Be the internal go-to person for all Modjo Academy questions.
Office management and team life
- Organize team lunches, afterworks, and social moments at the office.
- Coordinate our annual seminars end to end: logistics, venue, program, and vendors (next offsite planned for September).
- Organize quarterly events: internal coordination, program design, and full logistics management (example: the April Hackathon).
- Oversee office-related operations and vendor relationships, in collaboration with the People team.

Your profile
You are:
- Extremely organized and able to manage several projects at once.
- An excellent communicator, comfortable with stakeholders at every level, in both French and English.
- Proactive, autonomous, and ready to take on responsibility, with a strong sense of detail and rigor.
- Comfortable with presentation and analysis tools (spreadsheets, slides) and able to produce high-quality materials.
- Curious about artificial intelligence topics, ideally already a user of no-code or automation tools.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and quick to put new skills into practice.
- Fluent in both French and English.

Hiring process
- Discovery interview with Sarah, VP Operations & People — 30 min, video call A conversation to understand your background and give you a concrete sense of the role's day-to-day. A chance for both of us to check if you can see yourself at Modjo.
- Case study and debrief with Sarah, VP Operations & People — 1h, on-site You'll receive a practical case beforehand (around 2 to 3 hours of preparation), then walk Sarah through your approach, choices, and conclusions. We care more about what you can do than about your academic background.
- Team fit with Clémence, Lead TAM, and Matthieu — 1h, on-site A conversation to assess how you'd fit into the teams, your ability to coordinate with different stakeholders, and your alignment with Modjo's culture.
- Interview with Paul — 30 min, on-site A discussion to share his vision of Modjo, our ambitions, and our culture. Also a chance for you to ask any remaining questions.
