Controlar, acompanhar e projetar o custo padrão da unidade fabril, em como os custos das OFs (Ordem de Fabricação), e apoiar o setor de controladoria em atividades diversas, visando o controle das informações de custos da empresa. Análise de estudos de cenário (Aquisição de novas linhas, fornos e estudo de viabilidade. Análises, relatórios para Coordenação, Gerência, Diretoria da Fábrica e Controladoria.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar estudos de viabilidade econômica para novos investimentos industriais (como aquisição de linhas de produção, novos equipamentos, entre outros);Elaborar análises e relatórios gerenciais para suporte à Coordenação/Gerência Industrial, Diretoria e área de Controladoria;Analisar estruturas de produto (fichas técnicas) e relatórios de custos, identificando e justificando variações;Apurar e analisar variações de custo Realizado X Orçado X Padrão de produção;Participar de reuniões com a área industrial e gerências para alinhamento de resultados e ações;Calcular e registrar planos de ação relacionados a desvios de custo;Analisar e liberar novos SKU´s conforme critérios estabelecidos;Acompanhar e atualizar ações industriais em andamento;Propor melhorias nos processos e sistemas da área, com foco em eficiência (Excel / Power BI);Apoiar na elaboração e análise de Forecast e Orçamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDomínio do Excel avançado (Exigido);Pacote office (Exigido);Ensino Superior Cursando em: Ciência contábeis, Ciências Econômicas, Administração, ou cursos relacionados;Experiência com rotinas analíticas, controle orçamentário ou atividades correlatas (Exigido);Domínio básico PBI / Query / Pivot;Excelente Comunicação;Atender aos requisitos previstos na política de seleção interna.Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de trabalho presencial em Cocal do Sul.Vaga temporária.Informações adicionais🩺 Plano de saúde e odontológico💰 Programa de participação nos resultados de acordo com as metas atingidas⚽ Grêmio interno🎓 Descontos em cursos e capacitações🚀 Oportunidades de crescimento e valorização Refeitório interno
