1、本科及以上，人力资源、管理学、心理学相关专业优先； 2、需连续实习4-6个月或以上，每周出勤4-5天优先； 3、积极主动，细致严谨，踏实肯干，热爱人力资源工作； 4、有很好的人际感知力，善于沟通协调，充分的自驱力、好奇心和思辨能力； 5、具备较强的系统思考和数据分析能力，熟练使用Office系列办公软件，良好的英语读写能力。

加分项： 1、有过大厂研发/算法类HRBP和招聘支持经验优先； 2、能阅读技术论文摘要/GitHub项目简介，快速识别候选人匹配度。
