1.负责 Momenta 企业文化品牌与 IP 体系的全案视觉设计，包括品牌 KV、LOGO/VI 体系、价值观视觉符号、H5 活动、创意海报、公众号推文、文化物料等整体视觉输出与风格把控； 2.深度参与企业文化活动的策划、创意与落地执行，独立输出有洞察、有温度、可落地的创意方案，并推动文化理念场景化、可视化呈现； 3.负责雇主品牌平台（视频号、小红书、B 站、抖音等）的视觉风格统一与创意视觉方案输出，打造高辨识度、高传播力的雇主品牌视觉体系； 4.主动探索 AI 工具在视觉设计与内容创作中的创新应用，持续提升创作效率与作品质感，助力文化品牌视觉体系迭代升级。

1.可稳定实习 6 个月及以上，每周到岗 5 天优先； 2.视觉传达、平面设计、数字媒体等相关专业，具备扎实的平面功底和体系化视觉设计能力，有完整品牌全案或营销设计落地经验者优先； 3.熟练运用 PS、AI、AE等设计工具，具备成熟的审美体系与个人设计风格，对视觉细节、品牌调性、版式质感有极高自我要求，追求极致出品； 4.对 AI 生成式设计与智能创作工具具备深度探索热情，能主动将 AI 能力融入全流程设计，具备用 AI 提升创意效率与作品质感的实践经验（提供含 AI 辅助创作的作品集）； 5.具备优秀的沟通表达、逻辑思维与项目推进能力，敢于创新、追求突破，拥有强烈的责任心与自驱力，能独立负责项目并高质量落地。
