Job Title:

Logistics Leader - Transportation Management System

Summary:

Lead daily transportation consolidation in the Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of inbound and outbound freight and other logistics costs. Coordinate and lead India Business Supporting team to well implementing freight audit and Logistics planning job based in TMS system. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TMS and Logistics Processes. This position will lead and drive system projects/updates to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency and represent Greater China Logistics Audit Owner in Regional and Global Initiative.

Responsibilities Include:

TMS management:

  • Manage daily transportation operations using TMS for inbound and outbound for all GC shipments.
  • Lead India Momentive Business Supporting (MBS) team to well implement freight and other logistics cost bill audit and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Identify and execute freight consolidation opportunities to optimize cost and service.
  • Serve as the Greater China Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TMS governance, transportation processes, logistics compliance, and industry best practices, providing guidance to business stakeholders and regional teams. Provide training and support to internal users on TMS functionality (Include 3rd party on site operation team)

System projects/update and Data management:

  • Independently identify, prioritize, and lead system enhancement and process improvement initiatives, including defining project scope, business requirements, implementation plans, and change management activities.
  • Lead UAT, and the implementation of new software features related to logistics.
  • Generate and analyze system reports to support decision-making.

Support Customs/customers’ audit of China plants

  • Act as the overall owner and primary point of contact for Customs, Customer, and Logistics-related audits across China operations, ensuring audit readiness, governance compliance, SOP management, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external auditors to drive successful audit outcomes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· Above 7 years Supply Chain experience or bachelor’s in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related field

· SAP knowledge/experience

· Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and decision makers
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
