Process Engineer (m/w/d) Polymers/Elastomers

Summary:

In dieser Rolle wirst du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produktionstechnologien im Poly/Ela-Betrieb durch gezielte Analysen, Optimierungsvorschläge und Projekte aktiv vorantreiben. Du unterstützt die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Herstellung aller im Betriebsbereich produzierten Produkte gemäß der Absatzplanung und unter Einhaltung der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Im Rahmen des Troubleshootings wirkst du bei der Analyse und Lösung von Produktionsproblemen mit und optimierst unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich im Hinblick auf Sicherheit, Umwelt, Qualität, Produktivität, Energieverbrauch und Kosten.

Bitte beachte, dass für diese Stelle eine Vor-Ort Präsenz von 5 Tagen die Woche, Montags bis Freitags, notwendig ist.

Responsibilities Include:

Deine Aufgaben:

Projekte

  • Entwicklung von neuen Fertigungskonzepten u.a. auch in Kooperation mit internen- und externen Dienstleistern sowie die Analyse und Auswertung von Prozessen; Dokumentation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
  • Schnittstellensupport und technische Beratung bei Verhandlungen und Kommunikation mit Zulieferern sowie unterstützenden Funktionen aus den Bereichen Einkauf und Instandhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei der zeit- und budgetgerechten Ausführung von Investitionsprojekten im Bereich
  • Sicheres Einführen neuer Produkte in den Produktionsmaßstab gemäß Marktanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Product/Process Technology
  • Ermittlung von Maßnahmen und die Implementierung von Projekten zur Verbesserung der Prozesssicherheit und zur Kostenreduktion

EHS

  • Unterstützung beim Aufstellen, Anpassen und Proben von betrieblichen Notfallplänen im Verantwortungsbereich (AGAB)
  • Einhalten und Weiterentwickeln einer modernen Null-Toleranz Umgebung bzgl. Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz
  • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung bei der Teilnahme an HAZOP Studien und SVA Maßnahmen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Beobachten und Entwickeln des eigenen Schulungsbedarfs

Qualität/Effizienz

  • Unterstützung beim Einhalten und Umsetzen einschlägiger Normanforderungen z.B. gemäß ISO 9001, IATF 16949 und ISO 50001 im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Abstimmung mit den internen Schnittstellen-Funktionen bei Kundenanfragen und Mitwirkung bei Kundenaudits
  • Überwachung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse auch durch methodische Anwendung von Lean- und Six Sigma-Werkzeugen im Hinblick auf Effizienz, Qualität und Liefertermintreue
  • Trouble Shooting zur Sicherstellung von Mengen- und Qualitätszielen
  • Mitwirkung beim Einführen von Standards und Prozessen für den Betrieb Poly/Ela
  • Ermittlung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Schlüsselkennzahlen zur Prozessstabilität und Effizienz.

Qualifications:

  • (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Chemie/Chemieingenieurwesen/Verfahrenstechnik (Diplom/Master)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer produktionsnahen Rolle in der chemischen Industrie
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierungen und Erfahrung mit Projekten in der chemischen Industrie, sowie im Schnittstellenmanagement (intern und extern)
  • Gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge & Überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Hohes Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein, sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen in Verbindung mit hoher Sozialkompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit die Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und ergebnisorientiert zu führen
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit in Stresssituationen & Fähigkeit in einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten, mit wechselnden Prioritäten umzugehen sowie ad-hoc Anforderungen zu bearbeiten
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten , Strategisches Denkvermögen, Umsetzungs- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einer Aufgabe innerhalb der Produktionsumgebung
  • Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift) und gute schriftliche und verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeiten der englischen Sprache
  • Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz, Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse

Folgende Anforderungen sind für die Rolle bevorzugt:

  • Kenntnisse IATF 16949 Zertifizierung

What We Offer:

Base Pay Range: €78.000 - €114.400

Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location. Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
