  • 参与技术选型与规范制定，对关键模块做代码/设计评审，并带教与赋能团队，沉淀文档与最佳实践。

- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。 - 5 年以上服务端开发经验，3 年以上中重度游戏或高并发互联网项目经验；有从 0 到 1 完整上线并稳定运营经历者优先。 - 熟练使用 C/C++，具备良好的数据结构、算法与内存/并发模型理解；有服务端引擎或底层模块开发经验者优先。 - 熟悉 Lua 等脚本在业务层的使用；有 Skynet 或 Go 服务端开发经验者优先。 - 熟练掌握 MongoDB、Redis 等存储的建模、索引与读写优化；有消息队列、对象存储经验者优先。 - 熟悉 Linux 操作系统与常用运维工具，具备线上问题定位与性能分析能力；有网络层优化或协议设计经验者优先。 - 熟悉分布式架构，有高并发下的容量规划、限流、降级与性能调优实战经验；有大 DAU 线上项目的架构设计、稳定性保障或故障处理经验者优先。 - 具备技术方案文档撰写、评审与跨团队沟通能力，能推动技术债务治理与工程规范落地。 加分项 - 有无缝大世界、大区服或世界服架构的开发与优化经验。 - 熟悉容器化（Docker/K8s）、CI/CD、监控告警体系（Prometheus/Grafana 等）或自动化运维。 - 有开源贡献、技术博客或对外技术分享经历。
