1、负责游戏核心玩法逻辑的开发，包括但不限于角色控制、交互系统、状态机、AI行为树等。 2、负责导战斗模块的架构与开发，涵盖技能系统、伤害计算、buff/debuff效果、打击感优化等。 3、与策划、美术紧密配合，制定资源规范，完成角色、场景、特效、动画的接入与调优；针对战斗场景进行性能分析，优化CPU/GPU开销，确保帧率稳定。 4、开发、维护玩法、战斗管线，开发编辑器工具（如技能编辑器、关卡编辑器、数值配置工具），提升团队开发效率。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Unity3D开发经验，有完整的商业项目上线经验优先。 2、深入理解状态同步架构原理，熟悉客户端与服务器的状态同步流程。 3、精通C#，熟悉数据结构、算法、设计模式，具备良好的编码规范意识；熟悉Unity引擎底层原理（渲染管线、资源管理、IL2CPP等）。 4、熟练使用Unity Profiler、RenderDoc等工具进行性能分析，有DrawCall、内存、GC优化经验。 5、具备良好的沟通能力，能够理解策划的抽象需求并转化为技术方案，乐于分享技术经验。
