1. 5年以上TA工作经验，美术专业背景，有较高的审美能力，精通于游戏美术各类资源开发的流程和规范，包括但不限于角色、场景、动画、粒子特效等； 2. 精通Unity3D游戏引擎，有性能优化经验先； 3. 精通各类美术内容制作工具； 4. 有较好的逻辑思维能力，善于管理与自我管理，有较强的自主能动力； 5. 熟练掌握Unity3D shader，有c#编程经验者优先； 6. 能承受一定的工作压力，对游戏开发充满热情。
