项目方向：欧美写实 / 末日废土题材 一、岗位职责 1. 根据项目美术风格、人物性格及场景氛围，独立完成角色展示动画、技能动画及Boss出场演绎等创意设计与制作。 2. 熟练运用AI大模型及相关生成工具，辅助完成角色表演、动作创意、镜头设计及创意视频生成，探索AI与传统动画相结合的高效制作方式。 3. 积极探索AI Agent在动画生产流程中的应用，包括动画批量处理、资源整理、动画导出、流程自动化等，推动重复性工作的自动化与效率提升。 4. 负责高品质角色动画及面部表情制作，通过动作节奏、肢体语言及细腻的情绪表达，提升角色表现力，达到影视级动画品质要求。 5. 负责动画外包的制作指导、质量审核及进度管理，协调内外部资源，确保动画品质与交付效率。 6. 持续关注AI技术及动画制作工具的发展，主动研究、验证并落地新的技术方案，优化项目整体动画生产流程。

二、任职要求 1. 5年以上游戏角色动画制作经验，具备扎实的传统动画基本功，熟悉运动规律、角色表演、动作节奏及身体力学，能够独立完成高品质角色动画制作。 2. 精通3ds Max等三维动画软件，熟悉游戏角色动画制作流程，具备优秀的镜头感、审美能力及动作设计能力。 3. 熟悉AI辅助内容创作流程，能够结合大语言模型、AI视频生成工具等，完成角色动作创意、表演参考及镜头演出方案的探索与制作。 4. 理解并积极应用AI Agent自动化工作流，能够利用AI工具辅助实现动画资源处理、批量导出及重复性流程自动化；有相关实际项目经验者优先。 5. 具备优秀的角色表演及面部表情动画制作能力，能够准确塑造角色性格与情绪，制作高品质、具有感染力的角色动画。 6. 具备强烈的自驱力和主动探索精神，能够自主发现制作流程中的问题，积极学习新技术、尝试新工具，并推动解决方案实际落地。 7. 具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任心及质量意识，能够独立对接动画外包，推动项目高质量交付。 三、优先考虑 1. 有欧美写实、末日废土、末世生存类游戏项目制作经验者优先。 2. 有AI视频生成、AI辅助动作设计、AI创意视频制作等实际项目经验者优先。 3. 有使用AI Agent、脚本或自动化工具优化3ds Max、Unity动画生产及导出流程经验者优先。 4. 有影视级面部表情、写实角色表演及高品质剧情演出经验者优先。 5. 对AI技术具有持续研究热情，具备主动搭建工作流、优化生产流程及推动新技术落地能力者优先。 四、作品集要求 请提供能够体现个人实际制作水平的动画作品集，包括： 1. 角色展示动画、技能动画及剧情演出作品 2. 高品质角色表演、面部表情及情绪动画 3. AI辅助制作的创意视频、动作设计或镜头演出案例（如有） 4.
