1. 统筹 ChatBI、指标语义平台、指标异动诊断与监控告警三条产品线的整体路线图，按业务价值与资源投入排定优先级，确保核心分析场景获得最高优先级的资源保障 2. 以指标语义层作为三条产品线的统一底座：口径定义只在一处维护，ChatBI 的问数结果、异动诊断的归因结论、监控告警的阈值判定共用同一套指标语义，而不是三套各自解释的口径 3. 构建「发现异动 → 定位原因 → 追问下钻」的闭环分析链路：监控告警触发的异动能直接进入归因诊断，诊断结论能被 ChatBI 继续追问，而不是三个需要用户自己拼接结论的独立工具 4. 以AI能力为统一主线重塑分析体验：将自然语言问数、智能归因、异常智能解读作为贯穿三条产品线的共同能力底座去规划和建设，而不是逐个产品单独引入 5. 作为这三条产品线对外的单点负责人，同时对接算法、数仓、工程、业务分析等多个团队，独立完成需求排期、资源协调与跨团队推进 6. 建立指标定义、异常检测与归因分析的方法论标准，确保三条产品线之间方法论一致、不重复建设

1. 3年以上数据分析或数据产品相关经验，其中至少3年数据分析、商业分析或数据科学岗位经验，后转型数据产品或具备强烈的产品化实践 2. 有同时统筹指标平台、BI问数、异动归因、监控告警中至少2条产品线的经验，能独立完成跨产品线的优先级排序与路线图规划，而非只能执行单一产品的需求 3. 理解指标语义层/指标中台的建设逻辑：清楚口径不一致带来的代价，能把指标定义、维度、派生规则沉淀为可被下游产品直接复用的资产 4. 具备扎实的数据分析能力：熟练SQL，掌握同环比、突变检测、下钻归因、维度拆解等方法，并能把方法论沉淀为团队可复用的标准 5. 有将AI能力嵌入分析类产品的实际建设经验（如自然语言问数、智能归因、异常智能解读等），能独立完成AI功能从0到1的设计与落地，而非仅停留在需求提出层面 6. 具备较强的跨团队协作与推动能力，能同时对接算法、数仓、工程、业务等多方角色，独立推动多产品线并行迭代 7. 加分项：有游戏行业（米哈游、莉莉丝、腾讯、网易等）数据分析或数据产品经验
