Als Notarieel Accountant moet je bij Moore geen routine verwachten, wel veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie om je werk vast te pakken zoals jij dat wil. Notariskantoren combineren ondernemerschap met een specifieke juridische structuur, strikte regelgeving en hoge verwachtingen rond transparantie en rapportering. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op correcte cijfers, heldere rapportering en een companion die hun sector begrijpt.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt, correct en kwaliteitsvol beheer van je klantendossiers met een sterke focus op klanten binnen de notariële sector. Van dagelijkse boekhouding tot en met de voorbereiding van de jaarafsluiting.
  • Je bereidt periodieke BTW‑aangiftes en andere formaliteiten nauwkeurig voor en volgt deze tijdig op.
  • Je stelt tussentijdse rapporteringen autonoom op voor éénmanszaken, vennootschappen en rechtspersonen, inclusief aangifte personenbelasting.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en kwaliteit binnen je dossiers en rapporteert hierover.
  • Je organiseert en volgt klantencommunicatie op in het kader van aan te leveren informatie, klantenbezoeken, tussentijds overleg en besprekingen
  • Je ondersteunt bij ad‑hoc en complexere opdrachten en groeit verder in inhoudelijke expertise zowel binnen de brede accountancy sector als binnen de specifieke context van het notariaat.
  • Je begeleidt juniors en stagiairs, deelt kennis en best practices en draagt bij aan hun ontwikkeling.

Welke kennis en vaardigheden verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een master- of professionele bachelor met specialisatie accountancy-fiscaliteit op zak. Een bijkomende fiscale opleiding is een plus.
  • Je hebt een minimaal drie jaar ervaring in de fiduciaire wereld.
  • Ervaring met notariskantoren is absoluut een voordeel, echter kunnen we je ook opleiden binnen deze sector.
  • Je vindt makkelijk je weg in digitale boekhoudpakketten.
  • Je klanten zijn voornamelijk Nederlandstalig, dus Nederlands spreek en schrijf je uitstekend.
  • Je bent een companion in hart en nieren: kennis delen, samen de extra mile gaan en een positieve instelling kenmerken jou. Gecombineerd met je kritische instelling en zin voor ondernemerschap kunnen onze ondernemers steeds op jou rekenen.
