The posting

Moriroku Technology North America in Anderson, IN is searching for a 3rd shift GAPP To provide organization and maintain a safe and clean working environment. Responsible for the accurate operation of equipment and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Safety and 5S policies are being followed
  • Assist in equipment repair
  • Assist in continuous improvement project completion
  • Strong communication with engineers, team leaders, and technicians
  • Occasional ordering of spare parts and consumables
  • Other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills/Requirements:

  • Lifting of 50lbs or more
  • walking/bending
  • Long periods of standing
  • Repetitive motions
  • Overtime as required
  • Work with and around chemicals, solvents, and welding fumes
  • History of leading by example and supporting safety, 5S, housekeeping, teamwork, delivery, and quality goals
  • Professionalism, self-motivated, and strong team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently of supervision
  • Self-motivated to meet daily job requirements
  • Ability to deal with continually changing situations
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills
