The posting

De Living Roeselare is een kleinschalige kinderopvang in combinatie met een aanbod van ontmoeting, themagerichte kind- ouder en groepsactiviteiten. In de Living heerst er dan ook een huiselijke, gezellige en onbevangen sfeer.

Deze opvang is een samenwerkingsverband tussen Motena en Kinderdagverblijvengroep De Savanne. Met ondersteuning van i-mens en CAW Centraal West- Vlaanderen worden er kind- en ouder activiteiten georganiseerd. Dit project wordt mogelijk gemaakt door Kind & Gezin - KOALA (afkorting voor: Kind en Ouderactiviteiten voor Lokale Armoedebestrijding).

Het team van 4 kinderbegeleiders dat dagelijks voor de kinderen en ouders paraat staat, is op zoek naar een collega!

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor het verzorgen, begeleiden en opvangen van kinderen met een kwetsbare achtergrond, zowel op lichamelijk als psychosociaal vlak.
  • Je zorgt voor een aanbod op maat en werkt daarvoor nauw samen met de ouders.
  • Je creëert een positieve sfeer die steunt op respect, diversiteit en samenwerking.
  • Samen met de pedagogisch medewerkers ben je het aanspreekpunt voor ouders rond opvoeding en andere gezinsondersteuning (wonen, administratie, rechten, gezondheid, persoonlijke problemen,...).

Wie we zoeken:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma als kinderbegeleider 0-3. Een volledig overzicht van de kwalificaties die in aanmerking komen vind je hier.
  • Je bent bij voorkeur snel beschikbaar.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met kinderen uit kansarme gezinnen en met culturele diversiteit.
  • Je kan je gemakkelijk verplaatsen in de verschillende leefwerelden van de kinderen en de ouders.
  • Je past je manier van communiceren vlot aan naar gelang de situatie of gesprekspartner.

Wat we bieden:

  • Een vervangingsovereenkomst voor 1 jaar (ikv zwangerschap) voor 24u/week.
  • Je werkt in verschillende shiften tussen maandag en vrijdag tussen 7u en 18u.
  • Een bruto geïndexeerd maandloon (excl. vakantiegeld, eindejaarspremie, …) van € 1.862,95* op deeltijdse basis (24u/week).
  • Een aantrekkelijk en ruim pakket extralegale voordelen: maaltijdcheques van € 6,5 per gewerkte dag groepsverzekering (2,5% van jouw jaarlijks brutoloon) volledige terugbetaling openbaar vervoer (bus/trein) of fietspremie gratis toegang tot een online voordelenplatform voor tal van winkelkortingen
  • 6 dagen aanvullend verlof per jaar bovenop de 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen.

*plus bijkomende haard- of standplaatsvergoeding (afhankelijk van jouw fiscale situatie)
