Impactvol. Dat is het minste wat je van je job bij Therapeutisch Zorgpunt N kan zeggen. Wat je doet maakt een wereld van verschil voor heel wat jonge leventjes. We hebben het over onze kinderen en jongeren tussen 2,5 en 14 met een ontwikkelingsstoornis (in het CAR) en voor kinderen en jongvolwassenen in de groepspraktijk. Jij duikt samen met hen in de wereld vol gevoelens, je geeft ondersteuning bij communicatie en interactie met anderen, je hebt aandacht voor het welbevinden van onze unieke kinderen en jongeren en hun hulpvraag,… Sessies kunnen zowel individueel als in groep doorgaan. Je bezit de kennis en vaardigheden om aan diagnostiek te doen en psycho-educatie te geven aan kinderen en/of hun omgeving. En zo verbeter je, stapje voor stapje, ook hun levenskwaliteit. Zoals we al zeiden: impactvol.

N is een therapeutische dienst die heel hard inzet op maatwerk. Een stabiel team vol expertise maakt dit mogelijk. Bij ons zit een ‘samen’ gedachte in ons DNA verankerd. We geloven dat therapie iets is dat je samen doet; therapeut, cliënt, familie, omgeving, allemaal samen. Niet of-of, wel en-en. Door die sterke netwerkgedachte slagen we erin om te vermijden dat cliënten van het kastje naar de muur worden gestuurd in een moeilijk landschap.

Jij gaat binnen N deel uitmaken van het Centrum voor Ambulante Revalidatie (CAR), een multidisciplinair team van o.a. logopedisten, kinesitherapeuten, ergotherapeuten, psychologen en gespecialiseerde artsen.

Als kinderpsychiater voor ons CAR ondersteun jij je collega’s van het multidisciplinair therapieteam onder andere met:

  • diagnostisering en behandeling van cliëntdossiers;
  • jaarlijkse cliëntopvolging;
  • consulten met kinderen en/ of ouders
  • supervisie van teamvergaderingen;
  • begeleiding opstart van medicatie;
  • casusgericht advies en supervisie.

Je bent een actieve en onmisbare schakel in het CAR-traject van onze kinderen en jongeren dankzij jouw actieve medewerking en input in de teamvergaderingen. We bieden je een aantrekkelijke werkplek aan binnen werkweek- en daguren. Geen wachtpost of crisisfunctie. Je contract kan variëren tussen 4u en 13u per week. We volgen jouw ritme.

Wat bieden we jou aan?

  • Een parttime contract van onbepaalde duur (in loondienst of als zelfstandige gelang jouw voorkeur) waarbij de equivalent onderling bespreekbaar is (min. 4u/week en max. 13u/week).
  • Het uurrooster wordt in onderling overleg bepaald.
  • Verloning volgens A9-schaal waarbij je alle relevante anciënniteit kan meenemen.
  • 6 dagen aanvullend verlof per jaar bovenop de 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen (volgens tewerkstellingsbreuk)*.
