Nosso cliente é uma incorporadora e Construtora, que preza pelo desenvolvimento consciente da sociedade, está em busca profissional para atuar como almoxarife.

Atividades:

  • Recepcionar produtos: verificar notas fiscais; descarregar produtos; confrontar notas e pedidos, endereçar materiais e encaminhar materiais para armazenagem;
  • Conferir produtos, materiais e nota fiscal; conferir quantidades; conferir marcas dos produtos;
  • Registrar dados no sistema: cadastrar produtos no sistema; codificar notas; registrar conhecimento de fretes; lançar entrada de mercadorias/produtos; lançar baixa de mercadorias/produtos; solicitar reposição de estoque; registrar datas de entrega; verificar notas fiscais lançadas no sistema; emitir requisição de compras; registrar cancelamento de pedidos e arquivar documentos;
  • Armazenar produtos e materiais;
  • Controlar estoque: controlar mercadorias de alta e baixa rotatividade; controlar pedidos de compra; fazer previsão mensal de estoque; controlar datas de vencimento de produtos; controlar qualidade dos produtos armazenados; vistoriar produtos avariados ; controlar produtos danificados na manipulação; controlar devolução de itens; controlar estoque físico; inventariar itens; controlar mercadorias por depósito; controlar estoques futuros e controlar mercadorias por tempo de estoque;
  • Organizar local de armazenagem: planejar o leiaute; sinalizar áreas de risco; organizar prateleiras; ordenar paletes, contêineres e equipamentos; organizar produtos no espaço físico; agrupar produtos; ordenar materiais;
  • Acompanhar as trocas, devoluções, avarias e emissão de documentos fiscais.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo ou Superior cursando em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Logística ou áreas afins;
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office;
  • Vivência em Sistema Gerencial de Estoque;
  • Necessário experiência no Sistema Sienge;
  • Demonstrar organização;
  • Comunicar-se com facilidade;
  • Criatividade;
  • Agilidade;

  • Tomar decisões;
  • Demonstrar iniciativa e dedicação
  • Responsabilidade;
  • Saber trabalhar em equipe;
