Nosso cliente é uma empresa daConstrução Civil e busca profissional com conhecimento para dar suporte no setor de Manutenção Pós-Obras de forma organizada, disciplinada e trazendo análises de melhorias e custos.

Atividades:

  • Atendimento ao cliente: Recebe e registra solicitações de reparos
  • Vistorias e laudos: Vai até o imóvel para diagnosticar problemas e determinar se são vícios construtivos ou mau uso.
  • Gestão de equipes: Agenda e acompanha o trabalho de técnicos e prestadores de serviço.
  • Controle de qualidade: Analisa custos dos chamados e melhora os processos para evitar que os mesmos problemas ocorram em futuros empreendimentos
  • Custo: Ajudar a cumprir a metas de custo com pós-obra.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Técnico Edificações, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia da Produção
  • Conhecimento prático no andamento de atividades Pós-obras
  • Desejável conhecimento Intermediário em Excel
  • Leitura de projetos e sistemas construtivos serão diferencial;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Resiliência;
  • Postura firme e respeitosa;
  • Disciplina e organização;
  • Senso de dono;
  • Foco em produtividade;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão;
