The posting

Nosso cliente é um Escritório de Contabilidade, que atua em Balneário Camboriú e possui clientes de pequeno e médio porte. Com o objetivo de prestar serviços de forma consultiva e diretiva, que agreguem valor aos clientes e proporcionem uma melhor visão estratégica dos seus negócios.

Profissional realizará atividades relacionadas ao departamento fiscal, conforme descrito abaixo.

Atividades:

  • Realizar o atendimento ao cliente por telefone, e-mail e pessoalmente;
  • Atualizar-se diariamente quanto as leis e suas interpretações (sites, e-mails e informativos);
  • Conferir as empresas Lucro Presumido, Real e Simples Nacional e as indústrias com ICMS ST;
  • Efetuar cálculo de impostos;
  • Auxiliar a Coordenação nas funções extras de acordo com necessidade;
  • Criar simulações de tributações com base em levantamentos de dados;
  • Efetuar consultorias no intuito de sanar dúvidas das rotinas;
  • Auxiliar o departamento com as empresas na escrituração das NFs de entrada, saída, redução Z e conferência das DIME, além das naturezas, base de cálculo e valor de ICMS, ISS e IPI;
  • Auxiliar e conferir empresas do SN, NF entrada/saída, redução Z e serviço, retenções e cadastros dos produtos;
  • Analisar valor do Simples, Receita dos últimos 12 meses, alíquotas da tabela, vendas dos produtos monofásicos;
  • Auxiliar a geração das informações para arquivo a partir dos sistemas (EFD ICMS/IPI e EFD);
  • Ajudar a solucionar os erros e/ou advertências dos arquivos;
  • Fazer a geração de Sped e análises necessárias;
  • Realizar o fechamento das contribuições PIS e COFINS, conferência de cadastro dos produtos, tributação, CST, natureza das receitas, análise dos valores de base e valor a pagar.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Cursando ou formado em Ciências Contábeis.
  • Conhecimento no sistema Domínio;
  • Pacote office - Excel intermediário;
  • Agilidade;
  • Organização;
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Boa comunicação.
