The posting

Nosso cliente, uma empresa do segmento de decoração, está em busca de um(a) profissional com boa comunicação, organização e interesse em aprender. Será responsável pelo atendimento aos clientes, elaboração de orçamentos e suporte às rotinas da equipe de vendas, exercendo a função de Assistente Comercial.

Atividades:

  • Realizar o atendimento aos clientes, identificando suas necessidades e apresentando as soluções disponíveis;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar orçamentos de vendas;
  • Realizar as medições necessárias para a preparação dos orçamentos;
  • Prestar suporte à equipe comercial durante as diferentes etapas do atendimento;
  • Organizar informações, documentos, amostras e demais materiais utilizados após o atendimento ao cliente;
  • Acompanhar as solicitações dos clientes e contribuir para a continuidade das negociações;
  • Manter os registros e controles comerciais devidamente organizados;
  • Colaborar com a organização do ambiente e com as demais rotinas do setor comercial.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao público;
  • Conhecimento ou facilidade para elaborar orçamentos;
  • Habilidade ou disposição para aprender a realizar medições para elaboração de orçamentos;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com clientes;
  • Organização, comprometimento e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Determinação, proatividade e vontade de aprender;

Desejável:

  • Ensino Superior em andamento;
  • Estar cursando Design de Interiores, Arquitetura ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Interesse em iniciar ou desenvolver carreira no segmento de decoração;
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas comerciais ou suporte à equipe de vendas.

  • De segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h40 às 12h e das 13h às 18h40;
