Nosso cliente é um Escritório de Contabilidade, que atua em Balneário Camboriú, atendendo clientes de toda região com comprometimento, excelência e dinamismo.

Profissional realizará atividades relacionadas ao departamento pessoal.

Atividades:

  • Realizar o atendimento ao cliente por telefone, email e pessoalmente;
  • Fazer o cadastro e Atualização de Registro de Funcionários no Sistema e no e-social;
  • Fazer o cadastro e Atualização do PAT;
  • Realizar o cadastro e Envio de Certificados de Clientes;
  • Fazer o Cálculo e Alocação de Mão-de-obra para Setor da Construção Civil;
  • Preparar o Cálculo, Conferência e envio ao cliente de Aviso e Recibo de Férias;
  • Preparar o Cálculo, Conferência e envio de Contribuições Assistenciais, Sindicais e Confederativas;
  • Fazer o Cálculo, Conferência e envio de FGTS e extrato de FGTS;
  • Encaminhar atualizações pertinentes ao e-social;
  • Realizar o Cálculo, Conferência e envio de Folha de Pagamento;
  • Realizar o Cálculo, Conferência e envio de GRRF, INSS, PIS;
  • Realizar o Cálculo, Conferência e envio de Termo Rescisório;
  • Manter o Controle de Férias a Vencer;
  • Manter o Controle Periódico das Alterações das Convenções Coletivas dos Sindicatos Laborais;
  • Elaboração e envio de Gfip, CAGED, RAIS.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Cursando ou formado em Ciências Contábeis, Recursos Humanos, Administração e afins.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de contabilidade, preferencialmente Sistema Domínio;
  • Conhecimentos das transmissões do E-social;
  • Pacote office - Excel intermediário;
  • Agilidade;
  • Organização;
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Boa comunicação.
