The posting

Nosso cliente é um Hotel referência em hospitalidade em Balneário Camboriú, e busca um(a) Assistente DP/RH para atuar no suporte às rotinas de Recursos Humanos, Departamento Pessoal e atividades administrativas.

Atividades:

  • Realizar o atendimento aos colaboradores, prestando suporte em dúvidas e demandas do dia a dia;
  • Auxiliar nos processos de admissão, integração e desligamento de colaboradores;
  • Organizar e controlar documentos de RH e Departamento Pessoal;
  • Conferir documentação para admissões, férias, afastamentos e rescisões;
  • Controlar ponto eletrônico, banco de horas, atestados e demais registros de jornada;
  • Realizar controle e solicitação de benefícios (vale-transporte, alimentação, entre outros);
  • Apoiar processos de recrutamento e seleção, realizando triagem de currículos, agendamento de entrevistas e contato com candidatos;
  • Auxiliar na organização de treinamentos, ações internas e comunicação com os colaboradores;
  • Atualizar planilhas, relatórios e indicadores da área administrativa e de RH;
  • Organizar arquivos físicos e digitais, mantendo a documentação atualizada;
  • Prestar suporte administrativo às demandas da gestão;
  • Em períodos de menor demanda do RH, prestar apoio ao setor de Reservas, realizando atendimento telefônico e via WhatsApp, respondendo e-mails, efetuando cotações, inserindo reservas no sistema, confirmando hospedagens e prestando suporte ao atendimento comercial do hotel.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Processos Gerenciais, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas e/ou Recursos Humanos;
  • Conhecimento em controle de documentos, atendimento a colaboradores e rotinas administrativas;
  • Conhecimento básico em Departamento Pessoal será considerado um diferencial;
  • Pacote Office intermediário (principalmente Excel e Word);
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para atendimento ao público interno e externo;
  • Perfil proativo, discreto, colaborativo e com facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Disponibilidade para apoiar outros setores administrativos quando necessário.

  • Segunda a sábado, com jornada de 7h30 diárias, totalizando 44 horas semanais.
