Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar Administrativo – Setor de Manutenções organizado(a), responsável e proativo(a), para apoiar a rotina de manutenção e conservação de imóveis. Se você possui boa comunicação, facilidade para lidar com diferentes pessoas, autonomia para realizar atividades externas e atenção aos detalhes, essa oportunidade é para você!

Buscamos um profissional comprometido, com postura profissional e alto senso de responsabilidade, que goste de atividades dinâmicas, saiba acompanhar prestadores de serviços e tenha disposição para contribuir com a organização e o bom funcionamento das demandas relacionadas aos imóveis.

Principais Atividades:

  • Prestar suporte nas vistorias de entrada e saída de imóveis;
  • Organizar e acompanhar a agenda de manutenções e serviços de terceiros;
  • Acompanhar prestadores de serviços durante a execução das atividades nos imóveis;
  • Realizar visitas aos imóveis para verificar ocorrências e identificar necessidades de manutenção;
  • Retirar, transportar e organizar objetos, equipamentos e materiais entre imóveis e depósitos;
  • Realizar pequenas compras e providências relacionadas à manutenção e conservação dos imóveis;
  • Registrar fotos, informações e evidências dos serviços realizados;
  • Conferir a qualidade e a conclusão dos serviços executados pelos prestadores;
  • Manter contato com proprietários, inquilinos, prestadores de serviços e equipe interna, por telefone, mensagens e presencialmente;
  • Apoiar a organização e o controle das demandas administrativas relacionadas ao setor de manutenções.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Possuir CNH categorias A e B;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com diferentes públicos;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar diversas demandas;
  • Postura profissional, discrição e cordialidade no atendimento;
  • Autonomia e disponibilidade para realizar atividades externas;
  • Responsabilidade, comprometimento e confiabilidade no cumprimento das atividades;
  • Disponibilidade para realizar horas extras em sábados alternados, no período da manhã.

Período de Trabalho:

  • Segunda à Sexta-feira das 8h às 12h e das 13h40 às 18h18
